We are pleased to inform you that at the beginning of August this year, we signed another contract for the construction of a warehouse hall with an office building near Poznań, as the general contractor.

The investor is DSM Sp. z o.o., for whom this is another project of an SBU-type facility and the construction of a modern warehouse and office space for rent.

The investment will be located in the logistics complex in Więckowice near Poznań, which benefits from an attractive location with convenient access to the center of Poznań, the S11 expressway, and the A2 motorway.

The warehouse, with a floor area of 2,200 m² and a height of 10 meters, will be constructed using prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and prestressed girders, enabling a span of 30 meters without the need for intermediate columns. The facility will be equipped with the necessary heating and ventilation systems, as well as a 40 kWp photovoltaic installation. As part of the project, we will also build a 140 m² office and external infrastructure, including yards and parking spaces. The design and visualization were prepared by the design and service company KONTUR, and the construction supervision will be carried out by Mirosław Knopkiewicz's company "Glif."

The planned completion date for the construction is the 1st quarter of 2025.
