We have started building the first equestrian facility in our portfolio on behalf of the leading Polish show jumping rider, Mr Krzysztof Ludwiczak. The breeding and training infrastructure will have an area of 2,300 m² and will consist of a stable, social, office and recreational facilities, and a professional running track. The opening of the facility is planned for 31 March 2020 – on the day of the Investor's birthday.
